University doing away with Pre-Major Status in all majors
Move to have all students declare major at 45 units
Students with an interest in nursing may have to choose another major at 45 units
Students can apply to Nursing even though they have declared another major

BSN Admissions ProcessFor Transfer Students
Two – step process: Separate applications filed with University and School of Nursing
Must meet all university deadlines as well as School of Nursing Deadlines
Multiple sets of transcripts are required At application one for the School of Nursing and
one for the University (Best to include SON’s with application)
When finished prerequisites one for the School of Nursing
When Academic year is completed one for the university
