Principal’s Message
Dear Parents,
Week 5 has been a busy week again for us. It has been nice to see some sunshine this week after some very cold and damp days. Sick Children It is very important that students attend school, however if they are sick please keep them snug and warm at home. We are finding that some children are coming to school unwell and unfortunately this means that germs are spread more widely and students take longer to recover. Please keep children home if they are not well in the morning.
School Photos School photos will now be taken on: Thursday 17th and Friday, 18th of October. Envelopes will still be sent home at the end of
term 3. Class photos, individual photos will be taken. Sibling photos will be offered and
taken during the lunch break. We have engaged a new company this year. Kindy Kangaroo group on Thursday
Kindy Emu group on Friday.

INTERSCHOOL CROSS
COUNTRY
Samson students should be very proud of the way they conducted themselves at yesterday’s Interschool Cross Country event. I witnessed ‘congratulations’ being passed around at the finish line, their support for their team mates and their behaviour at all times was fantastic. What an effort that all students put into their race, their fierce determination to complete the race no matter what was evident. CONGRATULATIONS ! to our place getters who made it in the first 5.
