What is OPAC?
An Online Public Access Catalog or OPAC is a computerized online catalog of the materials held in a library or library system.
To access OPAC, visit the HHS library homepage, and choose the “OPAC and Research Links” menu button.
Choose the OPAC link above the image of the book. On the next screen, choose “Hershey High School.”
There are four search options available: Basic, Power, Visual and Categories.
In Power Search you can limit your results based on your class requirements or your own interests.
Limit my material type: book
Limit by publication year: after the year 1970
Power SearchType the
keyword(s) for your topic.
Limit by using “not” fiction
The results list will give show you the title, call number, author and publication date. It will also let you if the book is available in our library.
