El Teide, in Tenerife, is the highest mountain of Spain (3718m)

El Hierro is the smallest island
Snorkeling paradise with submarine volcanoes
In the past, the Prime Meridian
was here,
by the Orchilla lighthouse,
and also a “magic water” tree called
Garoé
La Palma is called “The beautiful island” because it’s really green
Known by the dwarves dance and a typical sweet called “rapadura”
And also by “El Roque de los muchachos”, one of the most
important astronomical observatories of the world
La Gomera is the whistle island
It’s the only place in the world where people can talk through a whistled
language
Los Órganos cliff is a fantastic place to visit there, but only by ship
Gran Canaria is the most inhabited island
Its capital city is Las Palmas, the other capital city of the Canaries
Gran Canaria is known by its sand dunes and “El Roque Nublo”
Fuerteventura is the closest island to Africa
It has the best beaches to practice surf
And an islet called “Isla de Lobos”
Lanzarote is the volcanoes island
It really is an arid island, known by its National Park of “Timanfaya”
La Graciosa is owned by Lanzarote and it’s the only populated islet of the
“Chinijo archipelago”
