On the Nutrition Education Screen, the month and year areOn the Nutrition Education Screen, the month and year are noted next to topics that have been discussed. This provides an overview of education the client has received, and allows the CPA to identify most recent education in order to provide follow-up.
Staging the client means taking into account the client’s readiness to make a change
17
The client can identify a behavior change they would like to work on. Documentation of the planned change on the MI-WIC screen encourages follow-up and reinforcement at subsequent visits.
