Growing Disciples Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: - Matthew 28:19
Teaching and making disciples is such a huge part of our ministry right now. Currently, Dwayne is leading a weekly class called “Explore the Bible.” Each week he leads this book-by-book Bible study that takes participants deep into the context of God's Word and challenges them to live it out in their own lives. Several new families have joined the class in the past month. To accomodate the growth, the class has now moved into a larger room, the school library, which is so exciting! This has also brought about an increase of children into Valerie’s Bible Explorers class which takes place at the same time. This past month four more children have started attending. Valerie has been focusing on the Old Testament books of the Bible, stories and truths from these books, and about how God’s plan of salvation is woven throughout the Old Testament. Last week we held a special breakfast to kick
off the next session of Explore the Bible. The children gave a special presentation to the adult class about what they have learned in their class over the past few months.
Growing Ourselves In the ministry it can be very easy to spend most of your time “feeding others” and neglecting to “feed yourself.” Dwayne took the opportunity in October to attend two separate independent Baptist fellowship meeting
events. It was a good time for him along with our other pastors here in the south west to be challenged, encouraged and inspired by other pastors. This gave them a great opportunity to connect with other men serving the Lord all over Australia.

PRAYER REQUESTS
Thank you so very much for praying for
Valerie’s health. She is doing much better now. She is regularly going to
physical therapy and has begun a much
healthier lifestyle. So far, she has lost over
seven pounds. Pray for her as she continues to work hard on losing the weight and taking care of her back. Thank you.
This month on October 23rd, our church will celebrate becoming
incorporated and breaking away from our mother church. Pastor
Mark Hodges from Winter Haven Florida
will be here for the exciting event. Please pray for the ministry as
we make this big transition. We are thrilled to see the
ministry growth here.
We are so thankful for your faithful prayers, encouragement, and financial support! Your
support means so much to us as we seek to
reach the lost here for Jesus Christ. We would
love to hear how you are doing and how your
ministries are going.
Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you. - 2 Thessalonians 3:1
