Digital Files: The preferred file format is Adobe Acrobat PDF 1.3, which does not allow transparent elements, however Adobe Acrobat 5.x and higher PDF formats are acceptable. Files must be distilled to specific distiller job options settings. A PDF file should be generated from a high-resolution PostScript file or printedusing high-resolution settings. All items not mentioned should be turned off or set to default or to none. Other acceptable file formats are EPS, TIFF, JPEG.
