You wanted a childcare or childminding course to be provided.
I can now use emails, Skype my family abroad and use my computer at home.
You wanted more information from the Finding Funding course.
We are now offering a new, accredited, ten week course which will provide wannabe childminders with their first step to becoming self-employed.
The course is now held on two separate days, so more information can be provided for each of you so the advice matches your specific interests and needs.
Customers can now enrol on any computer course they like, rather than needing to wait months for the next course to match their needs.
When you request a course, you will need to make sure that you are happy to abide by the Customer Training Charter. The Charter outlines what you can expect from us when booking a course, and what your responsibilities are. We will send you the details when you request a space on a course.
What your responsibilities are:
Please let us know at least 48 hours before the course starts if you are unable to attend or as soon as possible if you are unwell on the day.
Please make every reasonable effort to attend every session of the course.
What you can expect from us:
If you have requested a course, we will call you beforehand to see if you are still interested in attending. Once we have made contact with you, your course space will be confirmed.
If you need help organising how you will get to the course venue, we will contact you. We can provide you with bus route maps, bus timetables, organise parking spaces, reimburse your bus fare or fuel costs and in exceptional circumstances organise you a taxi.
If you are on the waiting list and a space becomes available, we will call you as soon as possible to see if you can attend.
Any customer who fails to attend a course without letting us know beforehand may be prevented from attending future courses.
