THE New generation Wallboard solution for Contact Centers
Harness the power of Smart Visualization
Innovative multimedia wallboard displaying Genesys statistics and metrics from any third party data sources
FEATURE OVERVIEW
Organizations & Access Management
USERS belong to a specific Organization and a specific User Group. Slidy manages user credentials used to access Genesys configuration environment or LDAP authentication system.
USER GROUPS define the different access permissions (Create, Read, Update, Delete) to the different Wallboard areas and function. A more granular set of permissions is defined for theMedia Manager module.
ORGANIZATION is a concept inherent to SLIDY design that represents thebusiness units and/or various teams and is defined in a hierarchical structure
