About fat
Fat is a glycerol molecule and three fatty acid composition of triglycerides.
Subcutaneous fat mainly distribute in various places and organ cavity, is constituted by fat cells, some fibroblast cells and a small amount of collagen material

In lipocyte, the fattiness occupies 80%,water 18%,protein 2%,the diameter of the fat cell is 80μm, the fat content of each fat cell is 0.6μg.Between 11-14 age after sexual maturity, the number of the fat cells don’t increase. People fat or thin due to the increase or shrinkage of the fat cell size, different increase rate will cause the different levels of obesity.
People become fat mainly because of the increased size of the deep fat cells, which are very different from the other layers of fat cells.
Cellulite(Cellulite) is an ugly block mainly in the buttocks, and thighs due to the fat deposit.
