• Support framework for the development of the Estonian Smart City initiative – in corporation with Smart City Lab (Tartu), Smart building Competence Center (Rakvere), ICT Demo Center, Tartu Science Park (Tartu) and Tartu Regional Energy Agency (Tartu)
