It's just a page of information, on the world wide web, that

people can look at. Usually it's part of a web site -

a collection of web pages.

So what would you find on it?

Things like information - in words and pictures.

Things like links to other pages, or sites.

Things like email links, so the page owner can be contacted.

On commercial sites, ways to get more information and buy

things.

OK, so how do I

make one?

Like everything, plan it first. Plan it on

paper. You'll need to know how it's going

to look.

You could look at

others for ideas, like

these..

Choose a colour

scheme and fonts. Some don't

work.

Some do.

Collect your

images

You should really use your own

(most of those on the web belong to

other people.)

I can scan them, or use a digital

camera

Add contacts

Add links

Check, test and upload!
