Spaghetti Bolognese
ingredients
• 500g spaghetti• 350g minced beef• 1 onion• 700g tomatoes• Grated Parmesan cheese• Olive oil• Salt
preparation
• Put water on to boil over high heat in a large pot. When it starts to boil, add a teaspoon of salt and spaghetti, let cook until ready.
Wash, peel and finely chop the onion. In a pan, put a little oil over medium heat. Add the onion and fry for a few minutes, until browned
Also wash and grate tomatoes in a separate bowl and set aside.
• Add the minced meat, season to taste and let it do. Add the grated tomato and mix well
Drain the pasta

Served with Bolognese sauce over and sprinkle some grated cheese.
