Be Consistent with Fonts & Colors
• Don’t change fonts from slide to slide.
• Don’t change backgrounds during your presentation
• Consistent: means, keep it the same throughout

Be choosy with your images
• Make sure they are the right size (not pixilated), avoid using images with watermarks.

Testing, testing….
• Make sure you test your presentation over and over, and practice it along with giving your speech out loud.
• You might want to indicate in your speech script directions, such as: “Change slide.” “Click now.”
• Be mindful of timing when using visual aids – they will add time to your presentation!
