Bench BallBlock 1 8:00-8:40 @ gym
Rules:
To score a point, you must pass three times (at least) and
then throw the ball to the person on the bench from you
team. You can not move when you have the ball (pivoting is
allowed). If you move, the ball will go to the other team.
The person that scores the point will be the next person on
the bench. The team with most points wins.

Each participant places one arm (either the right or left, but
both must be the same) on a surface with their elbows bent
and touching the surface, and they grip each other's hand.
The goal is to pin the other's arm onto the surface, with the
winner's arm over the loser's arm.
Split into year groups
A max of 30 participants-6 people in each year

3 Equal teams for each of the panels.
Before the relay starts, everyone has to weartheir harness and helmets
Before anyone climbs the wall all safetyprecautions must take place.
The climber and belayer have to follow all of therules and go through the regular protocols.'Belaying?' Belay on' 'Climbing?' 'Climb on'.
Everyone in the team has to have a go.
Everyone can only climb once.
Rock Climbing Relays

The team should number their participants and puteveryone in order of who will climb first, second, etc.
As soon as a climber starts to climb, a stopwatch forthat team will be started, the moment that they touch
the metal top of the wall, their time will be taken. Aftersafely on the ground, the climber can then unsecuretheir harness.
After all participants have climbed once, all of thetimes will be added up and the team with the least
time will be declared the winner. Maximum number of people per session: 45 people
(for 3 teams of 15).

Must start at the end of the court Headshot means youre out and the player thats hit is not

If you catch the ball, the thrower is out and you can bring

Capture the FlagBlock 3 9:40-10:20 @ field
Rules:
To win this game, one team will have to get the opponents
teams flag and bring it to their own territory safely.
If you are in the opponents territory and you get tag, youwill need to go to their jail.
People in the jail can be freed by the person on their own
team-linking hands (one person at a time).
You cannot tag people when they are in the safe hoop inthe middle.

or two hands
The player cannot run with the ball (travel) The ball must be held between the hands
No harsh attacks (no physical contact)
Fouling is not following rules and allows 2 free throw
Do not hit the ball
1 point if shot within the key
3 points of shot from the three-pointer line

Block 3 (9:40-10:20)
A mixture of football and basketball
After every four steps the ball must either be bounced or
"solod", an action of dropping the ball onto the foot and
kicking it back into the hand.
Shooting in the goal is 3 points
Shooting above the crossbar of the goal is 1 point
