SUMMARY: The person in this position is responsible for proposal development and RFP/Q responsefor projectopportunities.

• Leadstheproposalprocess,managingallaspectsofthatproposalaswellasproviding
overallqualityassuranceofinalproduct.• ThoroughlyreviewsRFP/RFI/RFQstokickoffGO-NOGOprocess,developproposalresponse
outline,decipherand analyzeclientrequirements,identifyandassembleappropriatecorporate,subsidiary,or partnerresourcestostrategicallydecideonthebestresponse;
• Participateswithprojectmanagerintheselectionandrecommendationofappropriateprojectsandpersonneltobeincludedinproposal,accordingtotherequestforproposal(RFP);
• ContentCreation:Develops,collaboratesandinvestigatestocreatetechnicalandbusinessdevelopmentcontent.IncludingpresentationandInterviewcontent
• MaintainsandupdatesClientRelationshipManagement(CRM)database;• Compiles materials for submittals and proposals, ensuring that client's requirements are fully
met, includingconductingsearchforappropriatematerials,suchasrelatedprojectdescriptionsandresumesofprojectpersonnel;
• Managesandmaintainsproposal,resume,andprojectexperiencelibrariesonegafcon.• Workswithgraphicdesignerstoensurethatanyrequiredgraphicartsmaterials,suchascovers,
layout sheets, photographs, organization charts, etc., are produced to specifications and arereadytobeincludedinsubmittals;
• Work with corporate and marketing team to execute initiatives and campaigns to includecontent, graphic, communication and events planning. Assist in event planning and execution.Developmarketingstrategiestoexecutebusinessobjectivesinconjunctionwithleadershipteam,andotherdutiesasrequired.
SECONDARYACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Participates in kick-off meetings, detailing the opportunity, proposal process, roles and
responsibilities, sets project timelines and collaborates with team to develop compellingresponseconsistentwithcorporatebrandmessaging;
• Participatesinbusinessdevelopmentmeetings;and• Otherdutiesasassigned.
SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES: Theindividualinthispositionhasnodirectreports.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’sin Business,Market ing,Engl ish ,Communicat ions,Journal ismis required.An equivalentcombinationofeducationandexperiencemaybesubstituted;
• Aminimumof 4 years ofmarketing experience in communicating various construction/projectmanagement services, performance contracts, engineering, or technical solutions to top-levelmanagement;
• Strongprojectmanagementskills.Meetprojectdeadlinesandorganizecomplexmaterial,deliveringsolidprojectresults.Maintainastrongsenseoffocusandconfidenceundertightdeadlinesandvaryingworkloadswhileworkingindependently
• Knowledgeofindustryishighlydesired• Must consistently demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as
excellentinterpersonalskills;• Followsthroughontaskstocompletionandasksquestionswhennecessary;• Mustpossessstrongorganizationalskills,andahighattentiontodetail;• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including
Outlook,Word,ExcelandPowerPoint;• Mustbeable toworkeffectively independently,aswellas ina team-based, fast-paced
environment;• Thesuccessfulcandidateisoutgoing,self-directed,friendly,acreativeproblemsolverandable
toworkwellundertightdeadlines;• Sometravelisrequired.
