FALL FEST SERVICE HOURS Thank you to all of our volunteers! Our school's festival wouldn't be successful if it weren't for your help! Have fun, and enjoy the afternoon meeting many in our St. Philip's community! Food and Game Booth Captains’ Mandatory Meeting – Monday, October 16, at 7:00 pm. in Holy Angel Hall Everyone who signed up to volunteer has made a commitment to working an entire shift. You are responsible for covering all hours for which you signed up. If you don't work the shift, then you will be billed for the un-worked hours. Please make a strong effort to show up at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late attendance affects the rest of the day’s schedule. Volunteers are still needed for the Fall Fest! You can earn regular hours after you finish your festival hours, and earn double hours if you work an 8pm-10pm shift! Contact Sandra or Virginia at [email protected] for more information. The Final Schedule will be posted on Thursday, October 19th outside of Holy Angel Hall. Important Reminder--kids are not allowed inside any of the Fall Festival booths. Thank you for your cooperation.
OPPORTUNITY DRAWING All families should have received their tickets to sell for the Fall Fest Opportunity Drawing. Tickets were sent home with the youngest family child K-5 in last week’s blue folder. If your youngest child is in 6-8 your tickets were mailed to you. If you haven't received your tickets, please contact Stacey Pereira [email protected]. Reminder all tuition A and C families are required to sell $120.00 worth of tickets. HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS Do you have an artistic high school student who needs volunteer hours for their school? Do they enjoy Face Painting? If so, then the Fall Fest could use their help! Please contact Kimberly Crowley at [email protected] for more information.
