STA Informed Newsletter - Special Edition Subscribers to STA Moving Forward received a special edition newsletter, which was solely focused on educating the public about coronavirus and what STA is doing to keep riders and employees safe.
Articles in the newsletter detailed:

Pamphlet on Best Practices During A Pandemic STA CEO E. Susan Meyer wrote a cover letter for a pamphlet on disease prevention. 500 copies were printed and distributed around STA offices.

Incident Response Org Chart An org chart was designed to show the hierarchy and relationship between STA, Spokane County, and the Spokane Regional Health Department.
STA Plaza Monitors Internally-produced videos were added to monitors at STA Plaza to educate riders about what STA is doing to keep vehicles and facilities safe.
STA Informed CDC and WHO coronavirus messaging, internally-produced videos, and the STA Incident Response Organizational Chart were included for employees to see.
