Services Students can receive a variety of the following free services by bringing their Tower ID Card. Condom Co-op Students can receive 4 free items every day that include: male condoms, female condoms, lubricants, dental damps, & latex gloves. Massage Chair Students can relieve stress in just 15 minutes on our wellness massage chair. Must bring a towel & a clean pair of socks. Confidential 1 on 1 Appointment Students can meet with Jennifer to discuss any ATOD or Violence Prevention topics. These appointments are free and confidential. Call our number for more information. Group Presentations/Programs Peer Health Education (PHE) is a recognized SJSU student organization housed in the Wellness & Health Promotion Department within the Student Health Center. The goal of the Peer Health Education Program is to enhance emotional and physical well-being among SJSU students. Our primary objective is to recruit, train and organize students to conduct health outreach. We aim to increase students’ awareness and responsible decision-making regarding health and wellness. We welcome all SJSU students’ skills, creativity, questions, ideas and passion. Peer Health Educators are part of the Wellness & Health Promotion Department of the SJSU Student Health Center. PHEs are students who teach their peers about preventive health through presentations, discussions, panels, workshops, health fairs, and health awareness weeks. PHEs offer health education and outreach programs specific to the six health specialties listed below. -Violence Prevention -Stress and Suicide Prevention -Alcohol, Tobacco, & Other Drugs (ATOD) -Sexual Health -Body Image -Chronic Disease Contact us
