Using the New/Updated Fund Managers Feature on Infrastructure Online
Step 1: Access the New/Updated Fund Managers Feature
Step 3: Review Your Results
Step 2: Select Your Criteria and Timeframe
Switch between Newly Established, Recently Added and Recently Updated tabs, and filter by timeframe for each of these.
Once a tab and timeframe has been selected, the results page will alter to display the fund managers within your set criteria.
Click on the fund manager’s name to view the detailed profile for the firm.
Additionally, click the Excel logo at the top right of the page to access an Excel download featuring detailed information on each of these firms.
Access the New/Updated Fund Managers feature through the Fund Managers module on Infrastructure Online.
This feature allows you to easily access and download lists of recently established fund managers, as well as the fund manager profiles that have recently been added or updated by Preqin.
Click to show a list of the assets acquired by the fund manager for each industry.
Why use this new feature?Using the New/Updated Fund Managers feature on Infrastructure Online allows you to identify newly established fund managers, those recently added to Infrastructure Online and those profiles which have recently been updated by Preqin’s dedicated analysts.

Green Tower II and III are two solar photovoltaic plants located on a former military airbase in Jocksdorf (Brandenburg, Germany) and have a total capacity of roughly 55 MW. The two PV plants can collectively produce enough solar power for approximately 12,000 four-person households.

TDF Group
TDF Group is a broadcasting transmission network operator and service provider in the audiovisual, multimedia, mobile telephony and broadband sectors. TDF Group assists its clients across the entire value chain of audiovisual and telecoms networks. In November 2014, a consortium of BrookfieldInfrastructure, Arcus Infrastructure Partners, PSP Investments and APG acquired a 100% stake in TDF Group for a deal size of €1.78bn. Brookfield Infrastructure Partners gained a 50% stake for a commitment of €500bn.
Antofagasta Hospitalproject
In November 2014, Sacyr Concesiones was awarded the design and construction contract for the Antofagasta Hospital project for a commitment of €300mn. The project involves the design and construction of a new hospital, including 45 outpatient consulting rooms, 24 emergency treatment rooms, 16 dental rooms, 18 operating rooms, 671 beds, six delivery rooms, 30 dialysis stations, a heliport, auditorium, library, chapel and home care facility.
Georgia StudentHousing PPP project
The Georgia Student Housing PPP project involves the development of 3,683 new beds and management of 6,195 existing beds in on-campus housing for nine institutions within the University System in Georgia. In November 2014, Corvias Group was awarded the design, build, finance, operate and maintain contract for the project, for a commitment of $517mn.

Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) is an active investor in infrastructure, with a target allocation of $3.7bn in the asset class. The pension fund’s exposure to infrastructure is through commitments to third-party equity funds, co-investments alongside portfolio managers and direct investments. The retirement system is willing to invest globally (inclusive of emerging markets) and will consider any infrastructure industry sector that enhances the diversification of its portfolio.
WüstenrotVersicherungs
Wüstenrot Versicherungs will continue to remain active within the infrastructure asset class, seeking opportunities in the more traditional infrastructure sectors on a global basis, utilizing closed-end unlisted infrastructure funds as a route to market. The insurance company will also consider investing directly into infrastructure assets.
Korea ExchangeBank
Korea Exchange Bank will continue to make direct infrastructure investments in the next 12 months. The bank will not invest in overseas assets, preferring to focus on its domestic market.
