INFORMATIONThe Sodexo Sports & Leisure goal is to ensure that every visit to the suites at Michigan Stadium is enjoyable and convenient. Every element of your suite experience is our priority, from your planning and preparation to the time you spend entertaining and socializing in your suite.
HOURS OF OPERATIONThe Suite and Catering office will be available during regular business hours, which are Monday – Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm for all order processing.

ADVANCED ORDERINGAdvanced ordering provides you with the opportunity to order from a menu that features much more variety than our standard event day menu. Additionally, vegetarian, gluten-free or any special requests can be easily accommodated.
Pre-event Day orders are due by 2:00pm on the MONDAY prior to football Saturday. Orders received after this cut-off time cannot be guaranteed.
EVENT DAY ORDERINGA limited event day menu is included in your suite. During an event, orders may be placed through your suite attendant. Event day ordering is provided as a convenience for all guests to have more food available in addition to your existing pre-event orders. Event day orders are subject to applicable sales tax and an 18% administrative fee.

BEVERAGE INFORMATIONThe following beverages will be pre-stocked in your suite:
18 Coca-Cola Classic, 18 Diet Coke, 12 Sprite, 24 Absopure Bottles of Water will be pre-stocked and you will be charged based on consumption.
FOOD DELIVERIESFood will be delivered to your suite approximately two hours prior to game time.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICEIn accordance with the rules and regulations of Michigan Stadium, no alcoholic beverages are permitted in Michigan Stadium; this includes all areas, including the suites.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES & POLICIESSodexo offers three payment options: by credit card, cash or pre-payment. All suite holders will be required to provide a credit card in order to place an order.
Credit Cards or CashIf you wish for your guests to pay for the food and beverage themselves, please advise your guests that they will be responsible for all charges incurred the night of the event. Just as if you were setting up a “tab”, our suite host and attendant will be required to ask for a credit card at the beginning of the event, and a signature will be required at the end of the event. Please make sure that the invoice is reviewed carefully when it is presented to you. A receipt will be provided to you upon request. Sodexo accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Authorized Signers for Credit CardsIt is Sodexo’s policy that only authorized signers, designated by the suite holder, are allowed to charge additional food and beverage for the suite during an event to the suite holder’s account. If no authorized signer is present during the event, please notify us prior to the event as to the name of the representative who will be responsible for signing the receipt and authorized to order additional food and beverage. If no authorized signer is present during the event, the guests will not be allowed to charge purchases to the suite holder account. Guests will be responsible to pay by either cash or credit card. Please use the selections on the ordering form to specify permission.
CANCELLATIONSYou may cancel your suite order 48 hours in advance without charge by contacting the Sodexo catering staff. Suite orders that are not cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to game day will be assessed 50% of the total food and beverage charge and 100% of the administrative and labor charges. Orders cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to full charge. Special orders cannot be cancelled without charge.
Suite holders are fully responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred in their suite. Credit must be established in advance with Sodexo. For any billing questions or catering concerns, please contact the Catering Office at 734-615-5507. All suite services are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax. Items ordered during events or after the advanced ordering deadline are subject to an 18% administrative fee. Sodexo, Inc. reserves the right to service all food and beverage needs at Michigan Stadium. Any items found on the premises not supplied by Sodexo, Inc. are subject to confiscation. Should special circumstances arise, please contact the Catering Office at 734-615-5507 as soon as possible.
