Annual Camp Membership Is Required to register for Camp

What is a Membership Fee? An Electronic Membership allows families to register for camp while ensuring that all necessary forms and
payment have been received by HPR.
Please note that electronic membership does not guarantee enrollment; campers are only enrolled once
payment for specific camp week has been received.

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Membership Fee: A non-refundable membership fee of $25 is due
in advance of registration if you would like the option to
register on-line. Please note this fee is not applied to program costs.
Anyone with an outstanding household balance will not be
allowed to register for summer camp until the balance has been
paid in full.
Step 1: Now
• (if you have not already) Go to www.hanoverrec.com and create a
household account. Enter in all children that will be attending
summer camp.
• Download and complete a Camper Contact Form and email it to
[email protected] or mail it to 48 Lebanon Street Hanover
NH 03755
Step 2: Beginning 1st Friday in March for residents & 3rd Friday in March for non-residents
• Option 1: In Person: Bring your completed form(s), membership
fee ($25), and payment to the office between the hours of 8-6.
• Or Option 2: If you have turned in your Camper Contact Form
AND paid the $25, on-line registration will open at 8am.
Following receipt of all forms, membership fee, & Payment; your child will be registered for camp.
ALL Camps will be closed on July 3rd

performances and go to the splash pad at storrs
Pond on Tuesdays and Fridays
Circle H is for campers entering Kindergarten

Come and join the fun! Kids will enjoy arts & crafts, sports, games and special events.
Grades 1 & 2: Swim Lessons Grades 3-4: Thursday Field Trips
Grade 5: Wednesday Field Trip & Friday morning at RWB
Time: 8:30 am—4:30 pm Lunch 12:30-1:30

‘Tween Camp
A program that gives Tweens a chance to explore & enjoy summer in Hanover while swimming, canoeing, weekly field trips, special events, Town Tour and more!
For campers entering 6th & 7th Grade
Time: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Registration begins March 6th For Hanover Residents
Registration begins March 20th For Non-Residents

Max: 30 Campers Location: Off Site Most days; RMS
will be the home base please see the Tween schedule for details on locations
please note: drop off & pick up each day will be at the Ray School
Camp Quest
August 10-14
Come along for a week jam-packed with fun! Each day we’ll travel by bus
to explore a new place!
For Kids Entering Grades K—5 (1 bus for grades K-2 & 1 bus for grades 3-5)
Daily 8:30 am—4:30 pm Drop-Off/Pick-Up at RWB Center
Han Res: $285 week Non-Res: $335 week
Campers will need to bring 2 snacks, lunch, sunscreen, and sneakers.
As always money is not needed on the trips
Max 40 on K-2 bus & Max 40 on 3-5 bus
Spaces fill quickly so be sure to register March 6th! Once the program has filled we start a Waitlist and enroll
from the list as space becomes available.

Need to withdraw?
Camp Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests made for Play, Circle H, Dragonfly & Tween camps prior to May 1st will receive a full refund, if the cancellation request is made on or after May 1st an account credit will be issued only if the opening can be
filled with a participant from the waitlist.
Cancellation requests made for Minicamps will be given an account credit only if the opening can be filled with a
participant from the waitlist.
Scholarship Information
If you are unable to pay for Summer Camp programs you may qualify for assistance. All applications must be received by April 1st.

Circle H, Dragonfly & ’Tween:
Lead Counselors & Counselors Needed
Work with campers ages 5-13 in Hanover. Lead Counselors will plan games, sports,
arts & crafts and other activities and supervise swim lessons and field trips. Counselors will assist Lead Counselors
(depending on grade level). All positions are full-time.
Training and CPR certification provided. Must be at least 16 yrs. old.
Competitive wages. Counselor-in-Training (CIT):
Gain leadership skills and experience working with kids. CITs assist with all camp activities
under the supervision of Lead Counselors. Must be entering freshman year of high school or older to apply. No prior camp experience necessary.
This is a volunteer position.
