Coconut Macaroons5 1/2 cups flaked coconut1 can condensed milk2 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tsp almond extract1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine coconut,milk and extracts. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchmentpaper. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Remove fromsheet immediately. Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Dipcooled cookies in melted chocolate.
