Boundary Surveys (201 KAR 18:142 and 18:150)
Land surveyor shall conduct his or her practice in order to protect the public health, safety, and welfare.
The marks and monuments on the ground as found and verified, or as set by a professional land surveyor shall constitute the actual boundary survey.
