Main course: Pork meatballs with black rice. Dessert: Vanilla ice-cream.

THE RECIPE (1)
HAM SOUP:Ingredients for 4 people:-1 Pumpkin €0.98 -Salt € 0.05-1 Potato € 0.14 -Ground pepper € 0.05-1 Onion €0.27 - 1 bottle of 200 ml. of cream €0.40-Extra virgin olive oil €0.28 - Cured Ham €1.00-Water €0.14 - Cheese €0.90 Total:€4.21
THE RECIPE (1)HAM SOUP:steps:1. Put the potatoes, onion, ham and water in a stockpot. Bring to boil, then cook over medium heat, about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the salt and pepper.
2. Fry the onion, then add and braise both pieces of pumpkin and potato. Before it gets too hot, add water to cover.
3. With the help of a spoon, crush the pieces. Put salt and pepper and before removing, add the cream, mix, and let thicken slightly and take it away from the fire.
4. Then use a blender to mix until have a smooth and creamy texture. Garnish with diced ham and a little bit of cheese.
THE RECIPE (2)Pork meatballs:Ingredients for 4 people:-1kg of meat € 5.65-800 ml of tomato sauce € 0.73-50 gr of salt €0.10-Little bit of pepper € 0.05-50 ml olive oil € 0.28-2 leafs of peppermint € 0.02-White wine € 0.85Total:€ 7.68
THE RECIPE (2)Pork meatballs:STEPS:1.Mix salt, pepper, peppermint and olive oil with the meat. 2.Cut the meat in the shape of meatballs (like a ball).3.Put the meatballs in a pot with white wine and cook for 20 min.4.Finally, add the tomato sauce and mix. Then wait for 5 more minutes.

THE RECIPE (3)Black rice:steps:1. First clean the squid and dilute the ink in a cup with water and salt2. Put the chopped squid in a pan with oil for some minutes, and add the onions, and later put some tomatoes and garlics in a cube and fry it.3. add the rice and stir for a few minutes and put the fish and the seafood 4. Finally put the broth and the ink, and bake it for 20 minutes. Then, let stand a few minutes.
THE RECIPE (4)Ice cream:Vanilla ice cream:Ingredients: -1/2 pint of whipping cream € 0.36 -3 eggs €0.35-6 tablespoons sugar €0.30-Vanilla powder € 0.30

THE RECIPE (4)Ice cream:Vanilla ice cream:Steps:1. Part the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with half the sugar. 2. Then beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff.3. Mix everything gradually along with the vanilla, being careful to not let the egg whites drop. 4. After, it would be ready to put it in the freezer and last at least 1 or 2 hours to mix it up again.
