In MAN ServiceCare your MAN service centre assists you with vehicle analysis and the coordination and administration of maintenance appointments.

With transparent online tracking and e-mail notifications it's even easier to keep an eye on status, appointments and further information.
On-board telematics module 2: MAN TeleMatics® services will run until expiry of the contract. To use services on the RIO platform you can either retrofit the RIO box or obtain information about migration options.
On-board telematics module 1: Please ask your MAN service centre about the possibility of retrofitting your vehicle with the RIO box.

System prerequisites:To be able to book MAN ServiceCare you need the RIO box*.The prerequisite for using MAN ServiceCare is the registration of your company and your vehicles on the RIO with our partner RIO, the manufacturer-independent, cloudbased platform of the Volkswagen Truck & Bus Group. With your registration you activate the transfer of data by your RIO box and authorise RIO Essentials, a basic service that is free of charge. You can then book MAN ServiceCare for your vehicles, also free of charge.
* Prerequisite: RIO box: installed as standard on all MAN Euro 6c TG trucks produced since 1 August 2017.
STEP 2: REGISTRATION ON THE RIO PLATFORM
STEP 6: ASSIGNMENT OF A WORKSHOP TO YOUR VEHICLE
STEP 1: ACCESS VIA www.digital.man
STEP 5: BOOKING MAN SERVICECARE ON THE RIO MARKETPLACE
AND THIS IS WHAT YOU NOW SEE:
◾ Click on 'Register at RIO'. Fill in your company details in at least the mandatory fields (these include the VAT ID).
◾ Enter your personal details and specify a password.
◾ Please accept the general terms and conditions of our partner RIO.
◾ Activate the link sent to your e-mail address. Successful user activation will then be confirmed.
◾ In the final step you grant RIO permission to access your profile information.
◾ On the home page of the RIO platform select 'Welcome' to go to vehicle administration.
◾ Using the 'Basic data' tab you can then create a new vehicle, specify the type, enter the VIN and define a name for the vehicle (its number plate, for example). The vehicle can also be added to a group.
◾ The drop-down menu 'Actions' in the 'Basic data' tab enables you to edit or delete a previously marked vehicle.
◾ In the 'Vehicle groups' tab you can create new vehicle groups as well as name, edit and delete vehicle groups.
◾ Please define a contact person at your company who can be contacted by the workshop to which the vehicles are assigned. It is mandatory to en-ter at least one telephone number. The contact person can be informed about this assignment by e-mail.
If the contact details here are changed, this infor-mation is applied to all vehicles associated with this contact person.

◾ You will receive an e-mail confirming the success-ful activation of MAN ServiceCare.
◾ In the 'User administration' area you have the op-tion of inviting further users in your company to join. To do this, click on 'Invite user' and fill in the mandatory fields (first name, surname and e-mail).
◾ Clicking on 'Actions' enables you to delete previ-
ously marked users. ◾ In addition, the 'Groups' tab also lets you create
user groups.
Note: When you create the company account you will be the designated administrator and will be granted the corresponding authorisations.
◾ Click on 'Actions' to assign one or more marked vehicles to a workshop selected from those listed in the 'My workshops' tab.
You can also use the 'Find a workshop' tab to select a workshop in your home country. You can search for the workshop using its name, ID, postal code or location.

◾ Get information from www.digital.manAll the MAN Digital-Services available to you are shown there.
◾ In the MAN Service-Care area select 'Activate now' to go directly to the registration screen.
◾ Select 'More about MAN ServiceCare' to receive detailed information.
◾ In the MAN Service-Care area you can select 'Read more' to book the free service.
