Top quality straw and grain Do you harvest a wide range of crops in tough conditions?Ifso,you’llappreciatethebenefitsofJohn Deere tangential tine technology.
Threshing cylinderCrop enters the large threshing cylinder with a large wrap angle concave. After careful initial threshing, the crop is forwarded with no bends and no abrupt changes in direction. This minimises the risk of grain or straw getting pinched or damaged.
Overshot beaterThis is the main difference between John Deere and competitive systems. Crop is fed to the tine separator with no abrupt changes in direction. Since crop enters from above, the full area of the separator can be used.
Tine separatorThe tines comb the straw mat continuoulsy to retrieve trapped grains. These are then sent to the cleaning system. This minimises costly loss and ensures straw is treated gently.
Rear beaterThis second cylinder has a diameter of 400 mm and transfers crop smoothly from the tine separator to the walkers. The adjustable rear grate ensures an extremely large active separation area.

Heavy duty conveyor augers handle large volumes of grain with ease, ensuring an even sieve load for efficient cleaning. Deep auger troughs provide uniform distribution of material to the cleaning system with less bunching, even on hillsides.
The dedicated pre-cleaner blows 25% of chaff out, pre-separating up to 1/3 of the grain and reducing the volume of grain and chaff that passes to the chaffer and sieve.
Four Dual-Flo cleaning fans blast a strong, constant stream of chaff-eliminating air in two directions. The high pressure differential blasts debris away while allowing grain to fall to the shoe.
The chaffer and sieve easily sort separated grain. Standard electric adjustment of the cleaning shoe makes optimisation simple.
The cleaning shoehas adjustable louvers. All sieves are electrically controlled and adjusted by an individual actuator. Since no linkages are used, sieves can be removed easily.

21|T-Series Combines
Two spreading choices with the Premium residue management With the premium residue management you can spread chaff as well as straw with one crop stream through the chopper. Chaff is blown into the chopped straw and evenly distributed. No more clumps in the field – just a smooth, even layer of residue. One benefit is that if wind or slope is affecting the spreader, you can distribute chaff to either side with the straw chopper.
If you don’t want to spread the chaff with the chopper, simply change the chaff spreader discharge position. Now you can spread chaff to the sides as with a conventional chaff spreader.
On our combines the orientation of the chaff spreader is in line with the crop flow. This allows you to spread the chaff and chopped straw with a powerful air stream. This system is perfectly matched with John Deere combines and provides even distribution of chopped straw with the widest heads or in cross wind conditions.
To keep an even spread pattern in cross winds and hilly conditions, there are electrically adjustable vanes on the chopper. This allows the operator to direct the spread to the left or right of the machine.

The new PowerTech PSX meets emission Stage III B regulations all by itself. It does not require Urea (AdBlue). All you need is diesel.
With the aid of DOC + DPF filtering techniques, even the smallest particles can be removed. Here’s how it works:
■ The DOC reacts with exhaust gases to reduce carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and some particulate matter.
■ The DPF traps and holds the remaining particulate matter.
■ The DPF oxidizes the trapped particulate matter, using heat from the exhaust filter. This continuous cleaning process takes place under normal operating conditions.

HillMaster, together with the SlopeMaster system, ensures flat-land performance on slopes of up to 22%. SlopeMaster balances out slopes of up to 7%; HillMaster compensates for a further 15% by oscillating the entire combine body automatically as you drive.
Since the grain tank stays level, you can fill it right up and save on unloading stops. The improved side-to-side weight distribution gives you more traction and stability. And the level cab helps operators stay fresh and focused all day long.

Maximum width 3.8 mThe 800/70 R32 and 800/75 R32 are the same width as an 800/65 R32 but higher in the carcass (70 resp. 75% of the width) and therefore deliver even higher flotation and less soil compaction.
Maximum width 3.5 mSome new 680/85 R32 tyres provides 3% bigger footprint, yet keep your combine’s width below 3.5 m, just like a 650/75 R32.
High flotation tyres High flotation tyres reduce soil compaction by increasing your combine’s footprint without increasing its width. That way, you always get the best results within the transport width you require.
These advanced tyres use the “Low Flotation” Technology. Thanks to their outstanding load index, you can run them at very low air pressures. This in turn increases your footprint and traction – distributing the load evenly, reducing ground compaction.
These high performance tyres offer reduced ground pressure that reduce total input costs and help you get difficult harvesting jobs finished sooner.
High flotation tyres reduce the risk of soil damage and loss of structure due to compaction and help avoid the frequency of primary tillage required.

John Deere Machine Sync will help to increase the efficiency of your harvesting logistics. It begins with the grain trailer operator being able to see the grain tank levels of multiple combines in the field. Then he can either be “called” to a specific combine that wants to unload or drive to the machine with the fullest grain tank.
Then with the push of a button, the combine operator can control the ground speed and steering of the tractor and grain trailer to ensure smooth unloading on-the-go while maintaining harvesting speed.
