tentatively book the accommodation/service if it’s available and
intimate the full amount to be paid for the booking.
You will have to deposit the amount in cash or by demand draft in
favour of Goa Tourism Development Corporation Limited. A/c
No. 00592090000050 at any HDFC Bank Branch any where in India
or A/c No. 078010200007337 at any Axis Bank Branch any where
in India.

Check-in, check-out time:12 noon. (
Calangute Residency check in time 2.00 pm. & check out time 12.00
noon) Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged ̀ 100/- per day
without breakfast. The use of electrical appliance like iron and hot
plate as well as cooking is not permitted in rooms. Rooms Keys must
be deposited at reception counter. Booking is non-transferable.
Management reserves the right to cancel advance booking in
exceptional and unavoidable circumstances. Any disputes are
subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts only. Luxury Tax and CST is
charged at the rate determined by Government from time to time.
