 Rishi  Tea  is  seeking  passionate,  aspiring  leaders  to  join  our  team  as  a  Regional  Sales  Director.  It’s  a  demanding  position  that  requires  an  entrepreneurial  mindset,  an  unusual  amount  of  motivation  and  the  ability  to  meet  high  expectations.  This  is  a  growth-­‐focused  role  spanning  a  multi-­‐state  territory,  selling  into  multiple  channels.  Must  be  a  self-­‐starter,  highly  accountable  and  comfortable  in  a  fast-­‐paced  environment  that  affords  a  lot  of  autonomy.  Regular  travel  is  involved.  Bachelor’s  degree  and  minimum  5  years  experience  in  sales  required.  Food  &  Beverage  and/or  Natural  &  Specialty  grocery  industry  experience  highly  preferred.  Proven  experience  working  collaboratively  in  a  team  culture  is  a  necessity.  Send  resume,  salary  requirements  and  trade  references  to:  resume@rishi-­‐tea.com.  No  phone  calls,  please.
