With our PulseTemp equipment you have the option of up to 72 cooling circuits in the impulse cooling, temperature control, temperature check or automatic mode. At the same time you can choose between impulse cooling, temperature control, preheat, warming or temperature check. Thus, based on the principle „Use advantages, loose disadvantages“, you are able to select the best cooling process for your toolings or moulds. Control Panel
The control process of the compact unit PulseTemp RPT100 is conducted by membrane keyboard and clear four-line LCD display. The PulseTemp series RPT200 consists of a comfortable and adjustable touch-screen control panel, which can either be mounted on the movable PulseTemp unit or directly on the injection molding machine. Further advantages of the PulseTemp control are:
n RPT100 up to 6 and RPT200 up to 48 individually controllable water cycles
n 3-point-microprocessor control per cycle
n Automatic preheat and heat maintaining control
n Internal operating mode for each temperature cycle
n Flow monitoring of all cycles with reference value
n Data backup via USB
n Tool code management
n Programme management via PC

PulseTemp RPT200
The PulseTemp RPT200 series is ideal for medium and large tools and moulds for injection molding machines. With a maximum of 72 cooling circuits, up to six external temperature control units can be automatically controlled. They are customized for their power requirements. The RPT200 series is equipped with interfaces to the injection molding machines, temperature control, and cooling units and it consists of a comfortable touch screen control.

PulseTemp RPT100
The PulseTemp RPT100 series is an all-in-one concept, designed for smaller SGM-tools and moulded parts. The compact unit, with up to six individually controlled tempering cycles, is equipped with a tempering unit which, in addition to the PulseTemp control system, was combined into one compact housing.

The SmartCool chiller are a optimal supplement to the existing range of temperature control solutions provided by HAHN Automation. Robust and powerful centrifugal pumps and stainless steel, insulated water tanks ensure high availability.
