TEMPLE SINAI’S OUTSTANDING TEEN PROGRAMS
2017–
2018
TEEN PROGRAMS
MORE THAN 130 TEENS JOIN US REGULARLY to enhance their Jewish education, to repair the world, to feel connected to each other and to spend time in a safe & supportive environment. The teens come from all different backgrounds and join together to create an inclusive and welcoming community.
By offering unique and varied post B’nei mitzvah programs each day of the week, we’ve opened our doors to a myriad of teens who desire Jewish learning and community.
There are dozens of ways for teens to get involved at Temple Sinai! Our programs run the gamut from a Cooking Class to an Advocacy Training program, a Fantasy Football League to a Philanthropy Club and just about everything in between. Teens registered in all of our programs are considered part of our senior youth group, SORTY. In addition to our weekly programs, we have amazing trips and single-day events.
All teen programs are led by knowledgeable and enthusiastic educators who dedicate time to enhancing the lives of our youth and teens through innovative activities.
“I gained leadership skills and learned how to be a role model for children. I find the teen programs to be supportive & positive for all involved. Being involved here makes me so proud to be Jewish.” JENNA N.
