The Brief
PRUPIM asked us to produce a fun and dynamic fi lm to set the mood at the beginning of presentations to prospective tenants of Green Park.
Our idea was to show people coming to an ordinary day’s work in somewhat extraordinary style...
We scoured the country for props and people to make sure we put as much of the budget on screen as possible. Everything had to be fi lmed in a single day – it was run with the precision of a well-run fi lm set!
The fi lm has been really successful in helping reinforce the idea that there’s a buzz to Green Park.

The Brief
The Corporation of London asked us to create a series of fi lms to use throughout the year and to explain the City of London and the Corporation’s role.
We displayed the messages innovatively using computer-generated banners falling down the sides of buildings
The fi lms have become an important part of the Corporation’s communications strategy.
We produced versions including one with Chinese characters and Mandarin voice over.

The Corporation of London
The Brief
Grosvenor Asia Pacifi c asked us to fi lm a new 41 storey luxury residential scheme in Hong Kong to be shown to high net value worth purchasers.
Aerial sequences show the building at its best and we digitally remodelled parts of the fi lm extensively to show the scheme and its surroundings as they will be when complete.
The fi lm has been very useful in overcoming resistance to what is a new location in Hong Kong for such a premium residential scheme.

The Brief
We were asked to promote one of the Forbury Hotel’s key selling points – its reputation for mixing top-notch cocktails – to a media audience. The Forbury is one of the UK’s most exclusive boutique hotels.
We devised a mini action-adventure documentary, tracking one of the hotel’s barmen to Cuba in his quest for the perfect mojito.
A spirited ode to the hotel’s passion for all things Latino. The documentary was included in DVD format in hundreds of press packs and generated acres of coverage.

Rex Games
The Brief
UBS asked us to create a series of fun viral fi lms to be used as part of an email marketing campaign to promote offi ce space available to let.
Our idea was to show the space through silly games such as an indoor bike race and sumo wrestling.
The fi lms went to an audience of 200 agents who had to predict the winners of each game. Those that guessed correctly were entered into a prize draw.
The fi lms were viewed over 3,500 times and the project enjoyed a signifi cant profi le and press coverage rarely achieved for a scheme of this modest scale.

The Brief
Every year since 1987 the City of London Corporation has hosted the Dragon Awards.
They recognize businesses and public offi ces that go above and beyond their core work to signifi cantly impact the regeneration of their local communities.
We produced a series of 10 fi lms for the award ceremony which told the story of the winners and the positive impact they delivered.
Each fi lm brought a buzz to the ceremony and was a promotional tool for the businesses involved and the Dragon Awards scheme itself.

The Angel Building
The Brief
As in all Derwent London’s buildings, the art and sculpture at the Angel Building was specifi cally commissioned in order to make a unique and stimulating environment. The pieces and their display were carefully considered from early on in the design process and a variety of artists chosen, each of whom has responded to the building in a highly individual way.
In conjunction with The Neighbourhood we produced a short fi lm covering the installation of a large scale sculpture in the atrium of this substantial offi ce development.
