the provisions of the Kyoto Protocol; roughly a 25% reduction.
Implemented a statewide Green House Gas emissions cap for 2020, based on 1990 standards. By 2050, emissions must be reduced to 80% below 1990 levels.
Mandatory reporting rules for significant sources of greenhouse gases by January 1, 2008.
