Download - The Octave program 2015
4th edition • Tuesday March 31st – Thursday April 2nd 2015
An intergenerational and intercompany leadership seminar
Dare to be yourself, at any age, and be part of a changing world
Triggering evolution and generating innovation, the OCTAVE Program brings companies and generations together.
It originated from the idea of giving roles to all the generations in a company. Octave, because the company is like a piano, whose two central octaves are played (the generations of 30 – 50 year-olds in power), while the lower and higher octaves tend to be disregarded.
Oser être soi, à tout âge, et être acteur dans un monde qui bouge

For the first time, a seminar has been designed not to study one generation or another, but to bring them together. It is part of the inevitable movement in companies towards networking structures, valuing horizontal paths, promoting increased sharing of knowledge and skills, where behavioral diversity is an asset.
The OCTAVE Program calls upon both the individual and the group as a whole. It aims to build strong and inspiring individuals, whatever their age, in sufficient numbers within the company to help move management methods forward.
Raise awareness and gain confidence. These are the objectives of this program, which as well as a training course, is a rich pasture of experimentation and transformation.
