Story & CreatorFounded in 2005 by Loick Leblond, a Frenchman from Perros-Guirec,
Batucada represents the culmination of French design & sophistication,
and the exuberance of Brazilian beach culture. The passion that
underscores the tones of the Batucada “beat” is captured by the sensual
character of our jewelry: the convergence of the sublime with edgy
creativity.
Natural rubber & ManufacturingThe Batucada brand has become synonymous with the soft & silky feel
of rubber-like accessories that are both eco-friendly and produced with
a socially responsible mindset. Our signature materials are composed of
vegetable-based product (80%) and certified sustainable plasticizers (20%).
Designed in France by a diverse community of artists and Handcrafted
by a dedicated team, our products are 100% recyclable and our packaging is
made from 100% recycled paper. Our materials are nickel-free, silicone-free,
latex-free, phthalate-free, lead-free and petroleum-free.
International RecognitionBatucada has won international acclaim with collections that have
widespread appeal and an undeniable charm. The Brand is
distributed in over 25 countries across the globe and is sold online, in
