Guests with Disabilities: Printed information is available at Guest Services, Ranger Base and Africa Tram. The Park's elevator system provides easy access to attractions at lower elevations, including Africa Tram, Lion Camp, and African Outpost. For guests with mobility challenges, a courtesy shuttle is available for easy access to our African Outpost and Condor Ridge exhibits. Visit Ranger Base in Safari Base Camp for more information.
ATM: In the Entry Plaza building, Ranger Base, outside Oasis Deli, on the upper deck of the elevator tower, and near Okavango Outpost.
Self-Service Tickets: Guests may purchase same-day tickets for tours and attractions via self-service ticket kiosks at the Park entrance, near Conservation Carousel, and at Ranger Base.
Ranger Base: First aid, information, Lost & Found, and inquiries regarding public transit and plant identification.
Volunteer Services: Look for our friendly volunteers in red shirts. They are always ready to provide helpful information.
Lockers: Large and small rental lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, just inside the main entrance.
Rentals: Strollers, wheelchairs, and motorized wheelchairs (scooters) are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 9 a.m. at Safari Outfitters, just inside the entrance.
Re-entry to Park: Hand stamp for same-day return available at Park exit.
Vehicle Charging Stations: Two fee-based charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the guest parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
