Increase Your ThroughputTopMet offers two innovative thermal evaporation units:
• Patented staggered boat design for high-quality layer deposition with coating speeds up to 14 m/s and a thickness uniformity of ±5%.
• HIRES high-rate evaporator for coating substrate widths up to 4.45 m and coating speed up to 20 m/s, provides thickness uniformity better than ± 5% and increases boat life.
