How to make lángos?
Our favourite dishfrom Hungary
First you have to prepare a soft dough. (Follow the instruction in our recipe)
Leave it to prove for one hour.
Tear the dough into small portions and pull each out to the double size of your palm
and put into the hot oil.
Wait till it will be amber brown in both sides.
Be patient and wait till all the lángos will be ready.
When lángos is read you have to wait a little bit because it is too hot.
You can eat it with sour cream and grated cheese which are our favourites.
But some people salt it only or eat it with mashed garlic on the top.
