About Us
We design and produce the most innovative earth friendly corrugated pallets in the world.
Custom designed sizes and strengths to answer all your needs
04/10/23 3
Our Focus
TSS primary focus is to introduce corporations to the savings our light weight 100% recyclable corrugated pallets provide over conventional wood pallets.
After evaluating the true costs of handling and disposing wood pallets. considering damages to product, people, robotics, and additional costs for freight, export shipments, and odd sizes
TSS a Green Company were earth friendly

Benefit 1 Our Weight
(7-12 lbs) compared to 50lbs of a wooden pallet.
Lowers fuel costs and interstate taxes
Lowers Air freight charges
Reduces CARBON MONOXIDE
Reduces injuries to workers
04/10/23 5
Benefit 2 100% Recyclable
80% of all wood ends up in landfills
Receiving 25 - 50 cents back
Wal-Mart: Earlier this year, Wal-Mart sent 800 pallets over to China, the pallet becomes a $.50 recyclable asset vs. a $2.38 liability (Per Wal-Mart’s own internal audit)

International Benefit
Exempt from OSHA & international shipping regulations
Sterile No chemical treatment required eliminates additional costs and cross contamination
NO governmental regulations that increase operating costs
04/10/23 7
Benefit 4
Requires 16% of warehouse space
Reduce the number of truck deliveries
Lowering labor and inventory costs
04/10/23 8
Benefit 5 No nails or wood To
Eliminates costly damage to:
Machinery Product Workers
04/10/23 9
Benefit 6
Flat shipping surface Reducing / Eliminating damage to products
No need to purchase slip sheets
04/10/23 10
Benefit 7 a true sterile pallet
Making it suitable for shipments without treatment
Eliminating additional costs
potential cross contamination
Allowing entry into pharmaceutical industry and Food plants
04/10/23 11
Why is a solution needed
Incremental operating costs resulting from safety issues and product damage
The heavy weight of wood and plastic pallets
The highly detrimental impact of wood pallets on the environment
Progressively more prevalent state, federal and international regulations make wood a less attractive option
The space needed to store the pallets
04/10/23 12
Chemical treatment can be costly
One of Johnson & Johnson’s major FDA recalls was not because of wood pallets being infected by insects, but because of the pallets being fumigated in Puerto Rico with insecticide which then cross-contaminated the packaging containing the J&J products, making several consumers ill.
(Loss) $1.9 Billion and $300,000 a day est.

Worried about water ?
Our pallets can be supplied with a refined petroleum and vegetable wax blend coating. This provides additional strength and durability in extremely humid or moist conditions, while not affecting the recyclability of the pallet

1. Floor Load – Flat Platen Description: The flat platen of the compression tester was applied until the pallet yielded 20% of its original maximum load. Result: The yield point of the pallet was over 16,000 lbs (7,200 kg) 2. Three Beam Load – Flat Platen Description: Pallet was supported by a 3-Beam undersurface. Flat platen of the compression tester was applied until the pallet yielded to 20% of its original maximum load. Result: The yield point of the pallet was at over 11,500 lbs (5,200 kg). 3. Incline Impact Description: Pallets loaded with 2,300 lbs (1,000 kg) are placed on a sliding platform. The platform then slides onto a wall to simulate an incline impact of 48 inches per second. The test was performed 4 times. This test simulates fork truck handling and trucking. Result: Pallet presented no failure.

PERFORMANCE TESTS
4. Rotational Edge Drop Test Description: One side of the pallet loaded with 2,300 lbs (1,000 kg) is dropped 8 inches. The test simulates the fork truck handling. Result: The pallet presented no failure. (Note: The same test was performed with a wood pallet, which cracked.) 5. Vibration Test Description: Pallets were loaded with 600, 1200, and 1800 lbs. The loads were vibrated for a period of one hour to simulate a trip of 300 to 600 miles. This test simulates the shipping abuse that the pallet will have in a trailer. Result: None of the pallets presented failure. 6. High Humidity & Temperature Conditioned Stack Test Description: Pallets were loaded with 600, 1200 and 1800 lbs. The loaded pallets were then taken into Environmental Conditioning Chambers where they were placed on racks with wire safety meshing. The pallets were left inside the chambers for 48 hours at a temperature of 85F (30C) and an 85% relative humidity. Result: Pallet presented no failure.

TSS Pallets vs. Wooden Pallets
A head-to-head comparison of our corrugated Pallet and a wooden pallet illustrates the obvious benefits of the corrugated product for both the manufacturer and the end-user.
Issue TSS Pallet Wooden Pallet
Environmental Made of up to 70% recycled corrugated. Decomposes easily.
Can be rebuilt or recycled, but often dumped into landfills where it takes decades to decompose.
Source Materials
70% recycled corrugated making us a GREEN COMPANY
70% hardwood lumber 30% softwood lumber
Infestation Not a known host to wood-boring parasites
Known to host Asian Longhorned Beetle, Asian Cerambycid Beetle, Pine Wood Nematode, Pine Wilt Nematode, Anoplophora Glabripennis and others.
Compression Able to absorb the weight of loads, helping to prevent damage to goods.
Wood doesn't compress, which can damage certain kinds of product loads such as produce.

TSS Pallets vs. Wooden Pallets
Issue TSS Pallet Wooden Pallet
Weight 8 lbs. each saves on fuel consumption ,Interstate tax , reduces carbon footprint and qualifying for tax credits
Average 40 lbs. for standard 40" x 48" pallet and can weigh as much as 70 lbs. each.
Disposal End-users will receive $75 a ton or about 25 cents per corrugated pallet from recyclers.
End-users must pay $75 a ton to dump pallets in landfills, equal to $1.50 per 40 lb. pallet.
Safety Light weight, NO nails or splinters makes it safer for workers, NO nails and splinters make it safe for consumers. and products
US companies pay millions a year to settle litigation claims related to wood pallets.
Market Acceptance
Meets all OSHA and international shipping regulations. Accepted by countries and companies that prohibit wooden pallets. Considered sterile and accepted inside food processing plants.
Prohibited by certain companies and countries for safety and sanitary reasons. Subject to import and export regulations. Not considered sterile and therefore not allowed in food processing plants.
