Description Professionally designed, easy to use, only a few buttons with simple functions allow the operator to
make premium batches above the market standards: artisanal gelato or ice cream is always dry, soft
and creamy. Easy to transport and move to any place in your working area thanks to its compact size.
The front charging hopper allows you to add the mix, flavors and ingredients during the batch. The air
condenser is ready to work and doesn’t require any further settings.

Thanks to its micro-processor, the machine automatically handles the cooking, cooling, and the emulsion
of your recipes. Even the least experienced personnel can perform all operations without mistakes or
waste. Trittico® Executive also allows you to temper white, dark, and milk chocolate: the machines
respects the temperatures to the tenth grade using the appropriate temperature sensors and the special
patented cooling device to ensure the required accuracy during the whole process! Trittico® Executive is
equipped with an electronic brain that automatically manages 17 different programs in the hot side and
17 different programs in the cold side. You can also customize many other bakery products, gelato, and
refreshments, with great variety and flexibility. Trittico® adapts to the professional with ease.

Easy and fastTrittico® Mechanic produces gelato in an easy and fast way,
maintaining strict hygiene conditions and in compliance with
HACCP regulations.

DescriptionTrittico® Mechanic is an extremely reliable machine, designed to be easy to use.
The uniqueness of Trittico® comes from its special structure: made of one upper vertical tank (no. 1
in the picture), where the pasteurization begins, and one lower horizontal tank (no. 2 in the picture),
where the pasteurization phase is completed and the mixture is freezed.
The two independent tanks can work simultaneously with the advantage for the artisan to carry on two
different processes at the same time. In fact, while the mixture is freezing, it is possible to start a new
production cycle, that means the pasteurization of a new product.
Other advantages: the two tanks are connected through a patented internal conduit without external
contacts, that guarantees the utmost hygiene of the products and their absolute quality, by avoiding
any external environment contamination.
Thanks to its small dimensions the table top model can be easily placed in every production site and kitchen.
