• Felony: A serious crime.• Crimes against people: murder, manslaughter, rape,
assault and kidnapping• Crimes against property: excessive vandalism (over
$250), fraud and larceny (burglary, robbery and theft).• Victimless Crime: illegal drugs and gambling.
