Unit of Study Overview
This unit of study provides students with the homeopathic diagnostic skills necessary for analysis and treatment of a broad variety of clinical scenarios. Students will focus on attaining a familiarity with the important features of commonly used homeopathic medicines, in order to appropriately elicit, recognise, record, classify and prioritise characteristic symptoms and disease indications during the case analysis process. Students will gain the skills to manage obstacles to cure, direct and assess ongoing treatment, support clients by the application of suitable lifestyle interventions, and work collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners. Students will apply a range of homeopathic tools and techniques and demonstrate an understanding of their clinical relevance and utility.

1.5 Condition is classified according to stage of disease and homœopathic nosology
1.6 Professional judgment is used to draw sound conclusions and prognosis from the data collected
1.7 All signs and symptoms are elicited in a thorough and objective manner to avoid prejudiced or premature conclusions
2. Make a homœopathic diagnosis
2.1 Appropriate analysis techniques are applied
