ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We, a Proposal Writing team, would like to take this opportunity to confer our thanks to all the following contributors who have played the significant part in successfully making possible our project with the fruitful outcome.
First of all, we would like to specially thank Mr. Tith Mab, Head of English Department, IFL, for his green-light to our project ,and his kind and relentless assistance in large part to the project implemen-tation including logistics, printing, and school bureaucracy in mak-ing our project implementation possible and move faster.
Second, we would like to convey our special thanks to lecturer Or Vitou for his approachable and kind help in necessary consultation along the way in the integral project processes.
Third, we highly appreciate Musashi Advertising Co., Ltd especially Ms. Ros Kunthea for wholeheartedly contributing to design this sim-ple yet attractive yearbook and managed to accomplish the project on schedule.
Fourth, it would be Mr. Navuth Vannarath, executive producer at Strawberries Communications, to be thanked as he also played a role in providing both designing concept and outstanding photo-graphs.
Next, we would like to show our appreciation to Mr. Kan Penhsong for kindly providing the complete collection of photos of school ac-tivities needed to be injected in our yearbook.
Finally, the valuable contributions of all Class Monitors, Master and year-four students of English Department in submitting their indi-vidual photos inarguably cannot be neglected. Without them, the project would not have reached this phase .

The English Department was established with financial and academic assistance from Quaker Service Australia (QSA) to provide training in English and teacher training. The department was managed by QSA until 1993, then handed over to a joint program between International Development Program (IDP) Education, Australia, and the University of Canberra. This project was funded by the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) until the end of 1996. When the joint project took over the department in 1993, a four-year B.Ed (TEFL) degree
curriculum for the program was designed and prepared with constants from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS, Aus-tralia. In 1997, a four-year BA in English for Work Skills was intro-duced to enhance English knowledge and skills for current and future employment.Being one of the most respected and prestigious English Lan-guage Institutions in Cambodia, the English Department of IFL has the vision to be a national leader in English language, educa-tion, and research with regional and international quality stand-ards. Today, the English Department of IFL has total graduates of over 4,000.
On behalf of English Department, I would like to take this op-portunity to congratulate all of the students on their achieve-ment in successfully graduating from IFL. We acknowledge thatit has been a tough time, yet a priceless experience you altogether have gone throughduring the whole four years at IFL, and we believe your tireless hard work here will pay off in any way appropriate whether in your further education or your future career.
We have envisioned the various possibilities of your life after leaving from IFL to your respective workplace or your higher education. The friendship bond and memory of one anoth-er you have built for such a fairly long time might gradually fade away in the course of time of separation. As a respon-sive measure, we have decided to create IFL yearbooks for the purpose of bringing back all memories, whether sad or joyful, thus keeping firmly or even strengthening your ties with your IFL friends regardless of timespan and distance. In addition to friendship maintenance, a yearbook is also a tool assisting with facilitating job matching since it functions as a bridge that links you to different companies or institutions which are in need of staff at any time to fulfill the vacancies through your personal contacts, either email or phone number, listed in a yearbook.
IFL has felt privileged to have all of you as members of the institution to work shoulder to shoulder on building a strong society through the promotion of human resources and goodcitizenship. We wish all graduates in academic year 2012-2013 a bright future, being a good staff at workplace, a good member in the fam-ily and a good citizen with morality in the so-ciety.
