Hermetically-sealed amorphous alloy distribution
transformer adopts the amorphous alloy iron as its
magnetic material. It is eco-friendly and energy
conservation, which complies with the standard of
China energy conservation outlineissued by National
Economic Committee.
Product introduction
a. Altitude should not be over 1000m, indoor type
b. Highest ambient temperature should not over 40; highest daily average temperature should not over 30
c. Highest annual average temperature should not over 20, lowest temperature should not below -25* We can supply the transformers which operate in special operating conditions according to user's requirements.

b. The iron structure of amorphous alloy transformer adopts three phases and five columns.c. This kind of transformer has similar body assemblystructure of oil tank, and protection devices with hermetical oil-
immersed transformer.
d. This kind of transformer has same load-loss with S9 series, but the no-load loss of SBH-15 transformers are decreased
by approx. 75% by comparing with S9 series. It can save electricity and decrease the loss cost. Generally, we can take back
the extra investment in four years compared with the silicon-steel iron transformer.
e. Under the normal operation, it does not need to change oil, which decreases the transformer's maintenance cost and
prolongs the service life.

Production introduction
1. A multilayer cylinder structure is used for all high voltage windings in order to improve the voltage impulse distribution of
windings.
2. For the capacity range of low voltage windings is from 30kVA to 2000kVA, the cylinder type or spiral structure is used to
ensure the high mechanical strength, ampere lure distribution, and excellent short-circuits proof performance.
3. The securing structure is set in the transformer body, which is used for ensuring that no displacement will occur during the
transportation; meanwhile, the turnbuckles are mounted in fasteners, which is for assuring that fasteners will not be loose
during the long term operation.
4. Corrugated tanks are used in the transformer for replacing the conservator. The tank enclosure and rim are completely
sealed by welding or bolting up, which prolongs the service life of transformer oil.
5. The transformer surface are painted with primer and finish coats after degreasing, derusting, and phosphorizing; which can
meet the special operation requirements in metallurgic and petrochemical industries, as well as, in moist and dirty places.
6. The press relief valves, signal thermometers, and gas relays are equipped in the oil tank of hermetically sealed transformer
in order to the standard requirements for safe operation. The transformers are attractive and competitive due to the compact
shape, excellent design, and maintenance-free.

The dry-type transformers are casted with epoxy
resin, which are made of high quality materials by
means of a strict process with advanced production
and testing devices. The product features high reliability
and long service life. In accordance with different
operation environment, it can be equipped with different
protection casings or without casing. It can replace the
oil-immersed transformer and be used in the high
buildings, business centers, airports, tunnels, chemical
plants, nuclear power stations and watercrafts etc.

Applicable standards
1. Excellent heat dissipation, long thermal life, good overload capacity, without forced air-cooling under a long-term 120%
overload and IP45 condition. It can operate for a long time at full load.
2. Extremely high safety fire resistance performance, smoke-free while burning under a temperature as high as 800.

Installation site: in places without corrosive gases, obvious dusts and water-vapour; the gradient is no more than 3% and
no fierce shock.
Normal service conditions
1. Compare with type "9" transformer, the product's no-load loss is reduced by 30% and thus the average annual operating
costs can be reduced by 20.03%.
2. The transformer body, high voltage load switch fuses and no-excitation tapping switches are all put into the fully-sealed
oil tank, which make good use of the space. Therefore, the overall size of the product is only 1/3 of that of the similar product.
3. The plug-in and out cable connection is easy for operation.
4. An obstacle protection is of two-stage fuses structure (backup current-limiting fuse and plug-in type fuse) which ensures
a safe and flexible operation and more convenient for replacing of fuse.
5. The oil tank is fully-sealed, in which the oil is totally isolated from the outside. No leakage and maintenance free.
6. Excellent short-circuit proof capacity and high reliability.
