Upon logging in to the Employer Portal, any agreements that are up for renewal will be listed under
“Action Items.” Click the orange box to proceed with the renewal process. If you need assistance at any
point, please reach out to your dedicated Account Executive.
For Service Agreement Renewals, please review the information in your agreement by following the
Service Agreement Steps listed on the left-hand side of the page.
In the Employer Information section, please update any changes that have occurred over the plan year
(address change, number of employees, additional locations, etc.). Please disregard the Member
Messaging Settings on this page as they only apply to clients with Flex Services.

To proceed to the next step, you can use either the menu on the left side of the page, or the green
navigation button in the upper right or lower right-hand corner of the screen.
Please make sure the correct plans are selected in the Plan Configuration section. To add additional
plans during your renewal, click on the box of the plan you wish to add.

On the COBRA Setup page, please be sure to update the Number Insured field.
The Funding Setup section allows you to review any accounts that you have on file with Ameriflex.

In the Contacts Setup section, please review the contacts listed and update them accordingly. From
here, you can add a new contact, edit a contact (click green button), or delete a contact (click red
button).
Within the View/Upload Documents section, click ‘Select Files’ to upload important documents, such as
your spreadsheet or plan summary.

The Review section provides an overview of your Service Agreement. Please carefully review this
information and check for any errors.
Click Review ASA to review a copy of your Administrative Service Agreement with Ameriflex. Once you
have finished reviewing the agreement, please digitally sign the copy and submit it to your dedicated
Account Executive. Please note that by digitally signing, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of
the agreement.

Plan Renewals
From the Employer Dashboard, an alert will appear showing that COBRA Plans are needed. Click the
orange box to proceed to the COBRA Plan setup.
From the COBRA Setup screen, users have the ability to review existing plans and create new plans.

When reviewing current plans, please be sure to add any updated rates for the new plan year. To do so,
click ‘Edit’ next to the existing plan, proceed to the Rates Tab, and update the dates and rates
accordingly. Once the updated rates have been added, please sign to verify that the rates are correct,
and then return to the plan list.
Repeat this process as necessary until all plan information is current. Once all plan information has been
entered accurately, please submit the plans to your dedicated Account Executive at Ameriflex.
