Sundays, December 4 and 11 3 pmIn what has become an annual tradition, West Georgia Children’s Theatre will once again present another locally written, produced,
and performed holiday play. This year’s play, by WGCT’s playwright in-residence Mark Veon, tells the familiar story of
Ebenezer Scrooge and his redemption through ghostly visitation. However, Veon uses lines from a variety of Shakespeare’s plays
and sonnets to tell the story rather than words of Dickens.
