IntroductionActive Hastings is the easy, fun way to get your everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 30 minutes a day for adults and 60 a day for children to get fitter, healthier and happier. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots!
We have activities for all ages and abilities from walks in the park to American Football and Street Dance to Tea Dances. So, whether you’re a fitness freak or a couch potato, from 2 to 102, we’ve got something to suit you.
