What is a Visual Poetry?Visual poetry is a poetry or art in which the visual arrangement of text, images and symbols is important in conveying the intended effect of the work. It makes the readers more interested in the poem and often gives an impression or a visual on the topic of the poem.

This is a visual poetry about the sun which is why the lines in the poem is made to look like the rays of the Sun.

This visual poetry uses a simile which is comparing a thing to an apple tree so the visual poem takes the shape of an apple tree.

This is a visual poem that I made that is about having an idea or a thought.Just in case the visual poem’s not clear, it actually writes:Using my brain inside of me,As you can see,I found ideas of innovation,And probably a much needed vacation,Just like a light bulb glowing,The ideas keep on flowing.

This is another poem that I made. It is about the two children who went into the candy witch’s house.Just in case the visual poem is not clear, it actually writes:A house of sweet,A banquet of treat,The two children started to eat,The witch captured them and placed them into the oven’s heat,The children thought they were dead meat,But then Gretel bravely pushed the witch in and the two children started to retreat!
