BLOCKFORCE SHALL BEPLACED AT PLINTH LEVEL AND EVERY 3RD COURSE.INTERNAL WALLS SHALL BE BOUND TO THEEXTERNAL WALL WITH BLOCKFORCE AND THEJOINTS POINTED. 7. PLUMBING & DRAINAGE: WATER PIPE TO BE15MM DEPTH OF 450MM WITH A SINGLESTOPCOCK. ALL SOIL DRAINS PIPES (110MM Ã) TOHAVE A MINIMUM FALL OF 1:60 WITH MIN. COVEROF 450MM WITH A GULLY. ALL WASTE PIPES TO BE40MM EXTERNAL. PLUMBING (ESPECIALLY WATERSUPPLY) UP TO EDGE OF BUILDING TO COMPLYWITH CIVIL ENGINEERIMG STANDARDS.

8. ELECTRICAL: A FULL DB BOARD. THE ELECTRICALINSTALLATION MUST COMPLY WITH SABS 0142 -THE CODE OF PRACTICE FOR THE WIRING OFPREMISES, AND THE RELEVENT MUNICIPALBY-LAWS.9. EXTERNAL PAINT FINISH: QUALITY PLASCONPOLVIN RANGE OR SIMILAR APPROVED.
