WE WANTYOUR INPUT
The Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies (CBITs) is a research center in Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL.
We are a team of academic researchers, psychologists, and software developers who build eHealth behavioral interventions that are tailored to patients’ lives.
We collaborate with teams all over the world to study ways technology can help people make positive behavior changes that improve their health and well-being.
Intellicare is a system of mobile apps designed to treat the triggers and symptoms of depression and anxiety by targeting each individually.
The result is a system of 13 mini apps composed of mobile application tools paired with powerful con-text sensing technology, just-in-time reminders, and more.
Unlike many apps advertised to treat depression and anxiety, Intellicare apps are designed by a team of clinicians and academic researchers using evidence-based treatment methods.
Intellicare is part of a nationwide research study that’s funded by the National Institutes of Health*.
In September 2014, CBITs is launching the first four Intellicare mini apps to the public for free for initial beta testing and feedback. We want as many users as possible to download these apps.
